Queen Insanity (Queenie)

Ah I made this character a long time ago as an embodiment of darkness and insanity.
I want to sort of keep this but not really. I rather have her as more of a creator of chaos and silliness. I see her as someone who is more absent minded and goofy. 
I'm working on her so she's not so creepy and dark. I rather her be silly and weird. 
When it comes to her physical form while she is "insanity" I'd rather her be very simplistic to counter her outrageous behavior. Her body is made of a gooey substance sort of like "liquid" shadows and her hair is more gas like. So she's not actually a slime gal but I guess in a way she is. 
I prefer to leave her nude due to her ability to morph her form better and since she isn't really solid clothes would be harder to wear. 
She was an older character around the same as V2 Hibiki and Saiba. And I do still like her.
